It depends on the package and your locality. Our packages are priced per sq ft of built-up area using today's material and labour rates — see the Packages page or use the cost calculator for an instant estimate. For an exact price we prepare a detailed BOQ from your drawings.

Design, structure, masonry, flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, doors and windows, electrical, plumbing, painting, waterproofing, tanks and more — with the brands and allowances listed for each package. Approval fees, compound wall, borewell and interiors are quoted separately.

Payments are stage-wise and linked to progress on site (foundation, slabs, masonry, finishes and so on), as set out in your agreement. You can pay by bank transfer or online by UPI, card or net banking.

A typical G+1 home of about 2,400 sq ft takes 9 to 12 months from start of work, depending on design, approvals and weather. Your agreement includes a planned date for every stage.

Yes. We prepare the drawings and assist with the approval process; government fees are paid at actuals.

Yes. Upgrades and changes are priced transparently as a change order, which you approve before the work is done. If you choose items above an allowance, you only pay the difference.

A 10-year structural warranty and a 12-month workmanship warranty, written into your agreement.

You get a login to our client portal with site photos, the schedule, documents, bills and payments, plus a named site manager you can call.
